The kit has been developed for the OCEANA program (more details about this program can be found here ).
The kit includes activities, a fairy tale, comics and games grouped into 11 sessions of approximately 1 hour. Together, the sessions provide an introduction to the following topics:
- how the brain works
- stress
- cognitive functions such as emotion, memory, attention and executive functions
